The recruitment processes have been long and arduous. We have high standards, we're picky and we need the best. So what are we looking for? Well, the best, of course, with appropriate qualifications and experience, but on top of that we need the curious, the-poke-it-and-see-if-it-bites type of person. We test on ourselves before we deploy to our customers, so we want the fearless, the inquisitive and the methodical.
Our customers rely on us to know how far we can push their technologies, so we need people who are willing to go right out on the edge just to see how far that can be - and sometimes that edge can be sharp. We don't call it bleeding edge technology for nothing.
Taking the Pledge
Our team is what makes us the successful IT managed services and software provider we are so it should come as no surprise that we're signatories to the Scottish Business Pledge.
