Outsourced IT Support

Almost all organisations now find themselves wholly dependent on their IT Systems. At the time time, having a highly qualified professional sitting around waiting for problems is just not financially viable.

For some of our clients we provide the entire IT function for their organisation. Other clients utilise our services in addition to some in-house IT resources they already have. Either way, they have at their disposal our highly qualified and experienced support engineers and consultants.

Remote Support

We have been long time supporters of performing the majority of our support functions remotely. Not only does this allow us to react quickly to critical support issues, but the locale of our clients' in relation to our offices is of little concern. Our client base extends the length and breadth of the UK, several countries in Europe and the United States.

We have permanently open VPN connections into our major clients' networks allowing immediate access when it is called for.
