Exmos has a proven track record working with the Windows Server (NT, 2000, 2003) family of products. We started working with Windows NT when the first
public beta releases were made available in early 1993 - that's over 12 years of experience!
With the earlier releases of the product, our work was primarily migrating organisations to NT from Windows for Workgroups or Novell Netware. Our work
today mainly involves migrating from NT4 to Windows Active Directory. For some of our smaller clients, migrations from NT4 to Small Business Server.
Having a strong background in software development has allowed us to often execute these migrations using pre-scripted procedures. This allows the
migration process to be run in a test environment before the final execution to create a new production system. While this is not always possible, nor
perhaps suitable, when it is called for, Exmos has the relevant skills in-house to perform this type of migration.
